Product Description
DR-2589 is a high weather-resistant rutile-type titanium white pigment specially designed for plastic applications. The product retains the ultra-blue base tone, excellent coloring brightness and excellent covering power of DR-2588. The special dense amorphous silica and alumina surface treatment of DR-2589 acts as a barrier to protect the titanium white powder surface, preventing reactions with polymers or additives. Its special organic surface treatment ensures outstanding dispersion in plastics, excellent processing flow properties, and low hygroscopicity. By adopting new surface treatment technologies, the heat, light and weather resistance of plastic products are enhanced, protecting plastic products from UV light exposure and improving their mechanical and electrical properties.
